Do you take a commission on my coaching sessions?

No. QualityCoachFinder is a flat-fee directory. You keep 100% of what you earn from every client you connect with through the platform.

How much does it cost to be listed?

Your first 3 months are completely free. After that, it is $24.99/month — cancel anytime. Many coaches treat the monthly fee as a deductible business expense.

Is this only for coaches in Oregon?

We are currently focused on onboarding quality coaches in Oregon. If you coach online and can serve Oregon clients, you are welcome to apply.

Can I coach clients online?

Yes. You set your session format — Online, In-Person, or Both — and clients filter by what works for them.

About

Feeling stuck in your career? You're not alone. I help mid-career professionals find clarity, make bold pivots, and build careers that align with their values. After spending a decade as a tech recruiter at Google and Meta, I know what hiring managers look for. But more importantly, I know what fulfillment looks like. My coaching combines career strategy with deep self-inquiry — because the best career decisions come from knowing yourself, not just the job market.
